The health and wellness industry is exploding around
the world and projections show it’s only going to grow as people
focus on taking care of themselves. As true visionaries, WIN’s Founders,
Ralph and Cathy Oats saw the potential for this trend
and knew they could make a positive mark by providing others with a vehicle
to achieve total wellness: mentally, physically and financially.
In October 1992, Wellness International Network,
Ltd. (WIN) became a reality. With their family and a handful
of distributors by their side, they began offering people an opportunity.
“We understood what we were doing — we had a vision,”
says Ralph. “We started this company wanting to make it easier and
simpler for people to earn money. We wanted consumable products that people
needed or wanted. We wanted to make it doable and duplicatable, and that’s
exactly what we’ve done.”
Helping lead the global movement in the health and wellness
industry, WIN operates in many countries throughout the world. WIN is
headquartered in North Dallas’ prestigious Legacy
Business Park campus, while its European affiliate, WIN Worldwide
BV, is located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands and its South African
affiliate, Wellness International Network S.A. (Pty) Limited,
is located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The key to WIN’s success
is its extensive, results-oriented product line geared to help increase
energy, stamina, weight loss and enhance mental function and mood, as
well as a complete line of cellular nutritional products. “Our business
works because our products work,” says Cathy. “WIN’s
foundation is based on sampling because we believe in our products and
the results they produce.” On top of having products that make people
feel better, WIN continues in progressively expanding its product line.
Since 2005, WIN has introduced a new and improved protein shake, a high-quality omega-3 supplement, an anti-aging CoQ10 supplement, a new hair-care collection and a skin-care line using the latest cosmeceutical technology to help wipe away the signs of aging. WIN also unveiled an innovative, sugar-free energy and mental performance drink that offers 4 to 6 hours of lasting energy and mental focus. “WIN started more than 16 years ago with a vision of offering people freedom from corporate restraints,” says Ralph. “It’s exciting to see how many lives have been improved physically, mentally and financially and this is still just the beginning of our worldwide expansion.”
Heading into the company’s 17th year of business, Ralph
and Cathy’s vision is ever expanding as they build WIN into a billion-dollar
business. With numerous years of success already behind them, they’ve
proven the products work and can provide people with the vehicle needed
to take control of their destinies and create physical, mental and financial
wellness.
