Among these specially selected ingredients is ciwujia, known to alleviate fatigue and support the immune system. This herb has been shown to improve overall performance in aerobic exercise, endurance activities and weight lifting without any stimulant side effects. Ciwujia increases fat metabolism during exercise by shifting toward the use of fat as an energy source instead of carbohydrates. Additionally, this herb improves endurance by reducing lactic acid production thereby delaying fatigue that can often lead to muscle pain and cramps after a normal workout. Sure2Endure also provides antioxidant coverage and enzyme cofactors to meet the high demands that exercise places on the body. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmelose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate and sugar coat (calcium sulfate, sucrose, kaolin, talc, gelatin, shellac, titanium dioxide, wintergreen oil, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1, beeswax and carnauba wax). DIRECTIONS: Adults and teens (13 years and older) may take 3 tablets one hour prior to exercise to achieve optimum performance. Needs may vary with each individual. To maximize this effect, you may wish to add BioLean II or BioLean Free one hour prior to exercise.
RECOMMENDATIONS: In addition to this supplement, it is recommended that you maintain a strict low-fat, high-protein diet, drink at least eight glasses of water daily, and engage in aerobic exercise three to four times per week at intervals of 30 to 60 minutes. Phyto-Vite should be taken to maximize the antioxidant effect necessary with exercise. ProXtreme and Mass Appeal may also be consumed for optimal results.
